Computers in Society: Level 1

The purpose of this unit is to increase your understanding of

1. how to better seach for information on the world wide web
2. the importance of using safe techniques on chat and e-mail
3. the moral and ethical reasons for being polite when using the Internet.
4. presenting your information in a way that will educate other teens like you.

Each Task on the left side of the web pages should be done in order so that your collected information can be gathered in a final project.

Tasks 1, 2 and 3 have mini tasks within them, usually activities or quizzes on different sites.

Look at Task 4 early in this journey, so that you know what you are looking for!
